1. Consult Your Physician Before Beginning

You should always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider prior to starting any new exercise regimen, caloric restriction protocol, or dietary supplementation, especially if you:

  • Have high blood pressure, heart disease, or a family history of cardiovascular complications.
  • Experience chest pain, dizziness, vertigo, or shortness of breath during exertion.
  • Have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, or thyroid disorders.
  • Suffer from orthopedic injuries, joint conditions (e.g. osteoarthritis), spinal disc issues, or chronic musculoskeletal pain.
  • Are pregnant, postpartum, or nursing.

2. Mandatory PAR-Q Physical Readiness Screening

All clients must complete our Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) screening as part of the initial intake process. If any cardiovascular, joint, or metabolic risk flags are identified, client programming will be placed on hold until written clearance from a medical doctor is provided.

3. Assumption of Risk

Engaging in resistance training, weightlifting, and physical exertion involves inherent risks of injury, muscle strain, ligament tears, or cardiovascular events. By participating in any workout program provided by A to Z Fitness Solutions, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with such physical training.

4. Emergency Medical Situations

If you experience sharp chest pain, sudden numbness, severe shortness of breath, faintness, or severe acute joint pain while performing any exercise, stop immediately and seek emergency medical assistance or contact emergency medical services (112 / 102 in India).
